Nova Scotia Entrepreneur Program

The Entrepreneur Stream of the Nova Scotia Nominee Program (NSNP) is an immigration program for experienced business owners or senior business managers who wish to start or acquire a business in Nova Scotia, Canada and who intend to provide active and ongoing participation in the day-to-day management and direction of a business.

    Personal Eligibility requirements
  • Minimum Net worth required: $600,000 ( Primary applicant and spouse or common-law partner)
  • Age requirement (Minimum-Maximum) : 21 to 56+
  • Education: Completed a minimum of high school equivalent to the Canadian standard
  • Minimum Business experience( In last 10 Year) : For Business Owner-3 year, For Senior Manager- 5 Year
  • Minimum Language required: CLB/NCLC 5 ( Proficiency in English or French)
    • Eligible Business Requirements:
  • Minimum Investment: $150,000
  • Business Ownership: 33%
  • Minimum Job creation full time for Canadians: 1

Nova ScotiaInternational Graduate Entrepreneur Stream

Applicants must have completed a full-time Nova Scotia post-secondary diploma or degree of at least two years (15 hours of class per week)

    Personal Eligibility requirements
  • Minimum Net worth required: Not Mandatory Requirement ( Primary applicant and spouse or common-law partner)
  • Age requirement (Minimum-Maximum) : 21 to 56+
  • Education: Completed a minimum of high school equivalent to the Canadian standard
  • Minimum experience( In last 10 Year) : 3 years of work experience in the last 10 years at NOC 0, A or B level
  • Minimum Language required: CLB/NCLC 7 ( Proficiency in English or French)
    • Eligible Business Requirements:
  • Minimum Investment: Not Mandatory Requirement
  • Business Ownership: 33% but Not Mandatory Requirement
  • Minimum Job creation full time for Canadians: 1 but Not Mandatory Requirement
